Returns:
Non-clearance Product Returns: must be made within 30-days for a full refund. Between 30-60 days, a product may be returned for store credit. All returns must include their original packaging and tags and display no sign of wear.
Clearance Product Returns: Clearance products can only be returned in exchange for store credit or a different size and must be made within 30-days of the purchase.

Exchanges: Exchanges must be made within 30-days. To make an exchange, we suggest the customer return the item for a full refund and place a new order through our website. This guarantees the item won't sell out and will get to the customer quickly. All exchanges must include their original packaging and tags and must display no sign of wear.

Shipping: In most cases, orders are shipped by 10am Pacific Time Monday-Friday. We are closed Wednesdays from October 1 to March 1, orders made after 5pm PST on Tuesdays will not be shipped until Thursday morning during these months.
Free Shipping on Order $250 or more: 5-10 business days. All Mustang PFDs are shipped ground.
